Shipping Contract
We are continuously working on finding the best solution for our hobbyists.
We as scapecart team tried to make our shipping process as simple as possible, pocket friendly and as per actual shipping cost. We use the best logistic partner in India to ensure timely delivery and without damage.
We have 4 shipping processes.
1. Standard delivery (usually took 2-12 days) depending upon the location. (by Road, by Rail) (Order above 1000/- INR Shipping Free below 2KG Products)
2. Express Delivery (usually took 2-4 working days) depending upon the location. (by Air) check via WhatsApp, additional charges levied (Customer has to pay as per actual)(Order above 1000/- INR Shipping Free below 2KG Products)
3. To Pay – Customer has to pay the delivery charges as per actual to the delivery partner. (contact via WhatsApp)
4. WeFast/UBER/Porter (same day, possible only in Mumbai Location) Customer has to pay the delivery charges as per actual to the delivery partner. (contact via WhatsApp)
Note:- We send our products from Mumbai and Pune (Live Plants only) warehouse and we start shipping the process within 24 – 48 hours after receiving your order. You will get your orders tracking number and logistic providers details via email, SMS and WhatsApp if registered.
If you paid with UPI, Debit Card we process the order on the same day (if placed before 11:50 AM IST).
If you choose to pay with bank transfer or Credit Card we will wait for it to get cleared before sending the package.
We do not ship on weekends and holidays and Shipping days are calculated in workdays as per shipping partner rules.

Please pay the required delivery charges (if required).
ScapeCart is not liable for any damages that are being discovered after the delivery agent has left. Why because Without the signature on a forwarder complaint form neither you will get any replacement of the goods nor we also can claim to the delivery partner. Please film a unpacking video especially if the case is for fragile goods (aquariums, glass products, technological accessories and other valuable products). No refunds and no replacements are to be made in these cases.
No organization wants a dissatisfied customer or want to deliver broken materials. Please be patient and discuss with us to get the issue resolved. We will definitely check the mater and help best possible way.
